Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to lead our online presence, drive engagement, and boost brand growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, trend-aware, and skilled in crafting compelling content and campaigns that convert.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand relevant
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build community

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Set up conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, and lead generation
  • Manage monthly ad budgets effectively

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
  • Write captivating captions, scripts, and ad copy
  • Collaborate with designers/videographers for high-quality visuals
  • Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., blog → reel → carousel)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS)
  • Identify top-performing content and scale winning strategies

SEO & Email Marketing (Bonus)

  • Basic on-page SEO optimization for blogs/landing pages
  • Assist in email campaign setup (newsletters, automations) via Mailchimp


Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have (2+ Years Proven Experience):

  • Managing business social media accounts with proven growth/results
  • Running paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Analyzing performance data and creating reports

Technical Skills:

  • Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Social media scheduling tools
  • Basic video editing
  •  

Soft Skills:

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling
  • Creative eye for design and branding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years in digital marketing/social media (agency or in-house)
  • Portfolio or case studies showing real results (follower growth, ad ROI, engagement)
